„We come from the UK to visit family in Bac Lieu and we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff were friendly and the laundry service was very reasonably priced and convenient. We would definitely like to stay again next time we come to see our Bac Lieu family.“

„Ordered 2 nights at Ruby Hotel when I arrived I told them my booking number and that I booked through Hotels.com app. They said that they do not have any collaboration with hotels.com. I then showed them confirmation mail and even contacted hotels.com customer service and informed them of my situation. I ended up paying twice for 1 day and received no refund nor help from hotels.com. Bad experience “
