« This resort could be wonderful. However, a lack of investment (and histroical typhoon damage) shows in dilapidated buildings and a sub par experience compared to other "luxury" resorts. But it's a good place to be, excellent location with a lovely resort team with some drawbacks that are good to be aware of before arriving: access is only by boat (P.1500 return each), no hot water in room, food options limited/no beer after 1st day, room did not lock as doors broken, island hopping was expensive...

« The property is located near the top of Mount Isarog »

« Loved this place, very nice accommodations and Earl is great, for anyone visiting in the area I highly recommend this place to stay »

« They just moved to new property, Under construction but the listing was still in the old property, No Water, No food, No wifi, and cell phone reception is poor cause it is so remote. So you could be stranded. »

« Very nice location. Big modern rooms and CR. Very nice interior design. Well maintained. At par with manila hotels. Strongly recommended. Affordable room rates. »

« Not good »

« I will not recommend this property. The profile picture is misleading. It is not using the property itself but of Caramoan area. I paid for location as in the picture but instead it’s in an undeveloped subdivision. We had to call the caretaker for few times because we got lost as not enough instruction to find the property and when we found it, we couldn’t open the room because the instructions were wrong. Staying here is quite pricey for its rate and not worth it so I would definitely not...

« Stay in this hotel if you want to live in a isolated place where quite, NO TELEVISION, NO TELEPHONE, NO FRIDGE, NO WATER, NO FOOD, Wifi v.poor signal. This is the first hotel that I ever stay in so many countries which no complimentary AND no convenient store nearby. The resort is huge where you need to take a shuttle bus to room, restaurent for breakfast. Only three choice of breakfast when book from Hotel.com. This is a State owned hotel so do not expect much. Very unpresent stay :( »

« The toilet is very smelly, the aircondition is badly need an upgrade. The water pressure is bad aswell. And the the boat trip we have from the hotel came very late too bad service. Please do improve it. »
