„The apartments are right in the city center. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. A metro station is close. My Loft was very nice, everything new and in good shape, also clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing that bothered me was the very slow wifi. That could be improved.“

A hospedagem também é próximo aos principais pontos turísticos. Fácil locomoção a pé, metrô e Uber. „It was a lovely soothing place, in a calm area amidst Santiago. I had a nice view from the bedroom and living room. Comfortable furniture. The bathroom was small, but enough for one. Had no problems with running out of hot water or whatsoever. The frontdesk personnel were ready to help whenever needed. “

„Well placed, well appointed apart Hôtel. Staff friendly and accommodation secure. Supermarket round the corner and as it’s near the University, various bars close by. All in all, a comfortable place to stay for our 5 days in Santiago. “

„It fit our family of 6 just fine, with room for 1 more comfortably. They were able to accomodate our luggage after we checked out so we could make the most of our last day in Santiago. A great space for a family to enjoy downtown together. Bring your own soaps/shampoos etc. Plenty of places nearby to purchase all you need when you arrive. Right between a couple of metro lines and plenty of public transportation available. “

„I really enjoyed my stay, the apartment was exactly what I was looking for as a solo traveller. It had everything I needed and I really liked the location. The entry system worked well. The main problem I had was trying to get the access information for the property ahead of time. I was told it would be sent out 24 hours ahead, and I was getting on a long-distance bus to Santiago with no internet access. „Tour très sécurisée dans un quartier où il ne FAUT pas sortir après la fin d’après midi. Appartement défraîchi ; chauffage qui ne fonctionne pas ; mitigeur d’eau qui se remet en mode «baignoire » donc douche avec faible débit à une main (l’autre tenant le bouton). Pas très propre. Laverie (1500 pesos le lave-linge ou le sèche linge) à disposition en bas de la tour.“

„It was great to stay there. Internet was a bit unstable but the room was clean and the kitchen was very useful. Especially the sight from the window (I stayed on 19th floor) was magnificent. One supermarket is right next to the apartment and another one is right in front. You can walk to more or less all the touristic attraction in the old city. I guess people at the front cannot really speak English, but if you speak survival Spanish, it should be enough.“

"Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt mit sauberem großen Zimmer mit bequemem King-Size Bett, insgesamt auf europäischem Niveau. Intressantes Loft/Industrie Design. Gut gelegen und im Vergleich gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Kein Frühstück möglich aber viel in der Nähe. Keine Probleme mit dem Rückerhalt der Barkaution"

"Das Hotel an sich ist völlig in Ordnung und liegt schön zentral. Im Vergleich zu anderen NH-Hotels allerdings eher unterdurchschnittlich. Auch der Service war definitiv in Ordnung, im Vergleich zur generellen südamerikanischen Freundlichkeit aber auch so ziemlich der „schlechteste“, den wir auf der ganzen Reise hatten. Das ist aber wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau, es gibt absolut keinen Grund, das Hotel nicht zu buchen!"
