« Staff were extremely friendly. Excellent location. Views are lovely. Drain in the shower was extremely smelly and most unpleasant. Found cockroaches in two of the rooms, floors were not cleaned, there were bits of chips next to the couch and even after cleaning the room the next day the chips were still on the floor, floors were dirty as though it was not swept or cleaned. No full lenght mirror or tissue box in rooms, safes were not working in all three of my booked rooms. Upon returning to the...

« Die Lage des Cottage ist perfekt. Vom Bett aus konnten wir Elefanten und Kudu-Antilopen im Addo Park sehen. Aber auch direkt hinter dem Zaun des Grundstücks waren Warzenschweine und Antilopen unterwegs. Es war sauber, und alles da, was man benötigt. Die Feuerstelle lädt zum gemütlichen Zusammensitzen bei einem leckeren Wein ein. »

« Wir hatten im November gebucht und bezahlt und bestätigt. Wir wollten vom 30.12. bis 1.1.23 zwei Tage dort verbringen. Am 30.12 morgens!!!! kam vom Vermieter die Nachricht, dass er die Wohnung an jemand anderen vergeben habe. Als Ausrede sagte er das Geld sei erst am 29.12. bei ihm eingegangen. Das ist eine unglaublich idiotische Aussage(da ja bereits im November bezahlt und bestätigt). Der Vermieter verhielt sich absolut unseriös, entschuldigte sich nicht und war uns in keiner Weise...

« Clean facilities with friendly staff. There are plenty of activities for children. The games room and putting green, in particular, were a hit for our little ones. Right on the beach, with a secure access-controlled gate for added security. To avoid noise traffic near the stairs, I would recommend a room further along the corridor. »

« Helpful friendly service, although this property is probably quite old maybe 20yrs old it has been maintained very well, linen of a high standard and comfortable tv dst channels work well and free wi-fi works well. Would recommend for a family holiday. »
