« our second stay here returning fro a trip on Heron Island. The air con in our room was on the fritz. This was dealt with quickly and required our relocation to a new room. Many thanks Lyn! We had an early flight the next day. The booked cab that was late, was chased up quckly. Many thanks again. The amenities in Oak apartments are always appreciated. We are usually tired, want to have dinner in our room, then collapse. Another comfortable stay! »

« We chose this hotel as it was pet friendly as we were travelling with our cat Raven. Room was small but cosy. Floor felt a little slippery especially when you got out of the shower. There was no wifi in the room that we stayed in, but that was OK. The staff text me to let me know where the key for the room would be and when checking out, we just had to drop it back in the key return box. Simple and easy! Would definitely stay there again! »
