« Excellent. Thought there was twin mattresses under the king beds but we ended up with enough beds with an air mattress. 6 adults aged men. »

« Everything we expected. The property was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had all the items for us to cook and dine without having to go out and pur hase anything. A/C worked perfectly. Very comfortable and cozy. Great communication with the host. Parking was a little tight for my full sized pickup,but we figured it out fine and was not an issue. »

« Convenient location to both downtown/university area as well as suburban shops for things like grocery and everyday items (about 10 min in either direction). Walkable to nice park. The neighborhood was a mix of multi-tenant and single family housing with a mix of renovated and stable properties and some run down, but overall the location was good. The house itself was as described, nicely maintained historic home with essentials. »

« This home had such a welcoming & cozy feel. The motion lights to Illuminate the stairs to the basement were very helpful! They were also in the bedroom closets. Comfortable beds and furniture. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded quickly. We will definitely keep this property in mind for our future trips to Lincoln. Thank you! »

« House is more run down than pictured. When we arrived it was a bit dirty. Some bugs in the ground, a sticky brown substance on the floor. The floors didn’t appear to have been cleaned. We could have managed that, but as we gathered in the living room a MOUSE ran across the floor. This was immediately addressed with the property manager.
