« Clean home and convenient location. Beds for 10, but living space is a little small for a group this size, e.g. kitchen table only had four chairs. Minimal kitchen untensils/pots/pans, so if you plan on cooking you may want to bring a few things. »

« We rented the house while visiting to attend our daughter’s ISU graduation. We had a total of 8 adults and a toddler and there was plenty of room. The home was welcoming and comfortable. Grandma enjoyed reading the old train history books and our little great-nephew loved finding trains throughout the house. Check in and check out was very easy. »

« You could tell the property was recently renovated. Nice finishings and extremely clean. Any questions/issues the host promptly responded to. We were visiting Drake and the location could not have been better. Felt perfectly safe and could be on campus in two minute walk. We had a party of three friends and the house suited us perfectly. »

« A friend and I stayed at this place for the weekend. It's a cozy place that is beautifully restored and decorated with easy access to the interstate. We appreciated many of the "extras" the host provided such as complimentary coffee, tea, makeup remover wipes, etc. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, a kettle, a toaster, and any other items you need. The one downside is the unit upstairs; we could always hear them walking around. »

« This property was in a good location and quiet neighbor. Easy access to anything you would like to do in Ankeny or the area. Very comfortable and clean. Plenty of room and nice fenced in back yard.
