« I arrived checkin was good friendly staff. I got to the room was expecting a balcony like in the pic but no balcony. TV remote wouldnt turn on TV. TV chanels were terrible and you couldnt watch them anyway all snowy and fuzzy i couldnt watch TV. Wifi was so bad i ended up useing load on my phone. They seem to be having a fight with Expedia and they asked me to talk to Expedia i said its your problem and they said Expidea gave them my creditcard number im pretty angry for that because Expedia...

« The pool was nice but the trek down to it was terrible there was no telling in any of the write up’s that it was at the bottom of 4 major flights of stairs I have Breathing Difficulties if I’d known I’d never booked it
The staff though were polite but everything took so long to get it really Damped the feeling accommodations are very Dated it needs a total Refurb no I can’t recommend it at all will not go back and will not rate it very well it’s nothing like it shows in brochure »

« The hotel is run down, beat up. Bathroom had water all over the floor from leaking sink. Wifi could only be used in the lobby. No enough toiletries provided. Tv broken.
Don’t stay even if it’s the last hotel.

« If you want to visit this area, it is one of your only options. It is a beautiful location and the staff was helpful. It looks beautiful but it is really run down. We did appreciate hot water and you can see that they are trying to make some improvements. Never the less, the pictures are still very misleading. Expedia and other sites need to do a better job of removing these locations from their listings. I knew ahead of time that it wasn't going to be like the pictures but there are some...

« This was one of the best resorts/hotels I have ever stayed at. 10 rooms only, and everything you can request, wish, dream of is all included in the price. You are treated like the most important people in the world, and the whole time feel like you have this paradise to yourself. Everything they do is done with quality and passion. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer. I can't wait to go back. »
