„Very nice small hotel, friendly staff, spacious rooms. Train station close to the hotel.“

„An amazing location but a bit difficult to find on google and Waze. Luckily we found the signs on the road leading us to our location. Spectacular views even in the rain but when the sun shines it is amazing. Overall the property was great but a few maintenance issues could be addressed with the dishwasher, upstairs shower in particular.“

„We had an excellent stay at Axel Hotel San Sebastián and would definitely return. The hotel is perfectly located, very central and ideal for exploring San Sebastián on foot. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the hotel felt modern, stylish, and comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms are beautifully designed, quiet, and the beds are extremely comfortable. A special mention goes to the staff, who were always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The parking is secure and conveniently ...

„Schönes Hotel mit grossem Badezimmer und Dusche. Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man ist zu Fuss schnell am Strand. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.“

„Smell of mold and spores in the air of the conference room in the basement. Some participants got sick after the meeting.“
