« If you are looking for a home that will fit a group of 8, look no further. This home was just the right size for our group of six adults and two children (9 yr olds). Two of the rooms had king beds and the other two were queen beds. Couches were really comfortable and cozy. The washer and dryer was a life saver! We came to New York to visit a Patterson, Wallkill, and Warwick for some tours. Overall, I highly recommend this place. »

« The online reviews and the accuracy of what was advertise pretty spot on. Well stocked, I underestimated the towels provided part lol. We were able to extend our stay since lucky for is there was availability to extend the stay. So cozy, pictures doesn’t really do justice, but the atmosphere was amazing. We had a relaxed enjoyable vacation my children enjoyed it every moment they could. The peace and tranquility, the hammock to porch swing, I mean it was a perfect retreat for our family. Jasons...

« This was the perfect option for us for a nearby wedding. We ate twice at the River & Post (excellent) and went into Rhinebeck for the Sunday market. The property itself was very accommodating and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable, and plenty of seating options in the main room. The outside area was also a perfect place for coffee in the morning and we loved the chickens running around. Glenn could not have been nicer. Highly recommend! »

« We had a fantastic few days at Bellavista with a large group of friends. We enjoyed the gorgeous views, the peace and quiet and secluded nature of the property, the space and the facilities. « The house and property were beautiful! It was well appointed and supplied all necessities plus. The cabana and the extras like floating devices were great to have. We swam in the water and used the canoes. The basement was LOADED with fun games that everyone participated in. They even had a kids area, including toys for infants!! Communications with the host were very responsive. We had zero issues and enjoyed our stay here. We highly recommend this property!!! »
