„We had a great time! it was everything we expected. If your looking for the Ritz go somewhere else. This cottage had everything we were hoping for.We are looking forward to next year!“

„I waited until 30 minutes after check in to get the entry combination. No response from home owner. Called VRBO and kept getting disconnected. When finally talked to someone it took 30 minutes to find out the owner decided to pull the house from the rebtal claiming VRBO did not pay him. We had to book two hotel rooms foe the two adult couples at 3 times the cost due to last minute rates. It was 40 miles away. What a disappointment. I got a refund but was stranded without many options.“

„The place is lovely, as are the hosts. The space is immaculate, and nicely appointed. The hosts have stocked it with 85% of the “stuff to bring just in case” - blankets, pillows, anything cooking- and coffee-related, even a couple of bikes. It’s not on the water, but is very centrally located. You can walk to “downtown” Bemus in 7-8 minutes (or drive in one), where there are a number of excellent restaurants and shops. I would mention any negatives, but I really can’t think of any. Great place. ...

The house itself was beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed, from paper towels and toilet paper to soaps, cleaning supplies, and laundry essentials.There were more than enough towels and washcloths for everyone, which was much appreciated. The location was perfect, and we absolutely loved spending time on the front porch. ...

„Fabulous cottage for both adults and children. It is clean and stocked well with everything you need. Plenty of fans for the hotter days and lots of space to play outside in the yard or in the water. There is a little roadside fruit stand/market near to restock on local produce, eggs, and more. Anything you could want to do is either a short drive or boat ride. We were very impressed and will definitely be back.“
