„My wife and I enjoyed a quiet peaceful few days in this lovely tastefully decorated and comfortable home. For us the location was perfect. We look out on the raging Great Sacandaga River. In the mornings we take an hour and a half walk on the dirt road along the river seeing waterfalls and rarely encountering cars or pedestrians. It was not our first stay in this house, and hopefully it won't be our last.“

„The host was so welcoming! She left us chocolates, a small bottle of champagne, and a binder filled with information about the home and the town. Also, any question we sent her, she immediately got back to us. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed...an abundance of paper towels, toilet paper, blankets, towels. The house was absolutely adorable, and just what we were looking for on our girls weekend! Thank you so much for having us!“

„Super friendly staff, tasty food, very cool lodge atmosphere. The room was warm and clean, the bed was soft. Happy hour and dinner in a lodge was the highlight of the stay. Laughing with the chef and enjoying his food. I would stay there again.“

„When I checked in, the front desk helped me resolve an issue with my reservation made through Expedia. However, I was told over the phone before my arrival that breakfast was included, but it turned out breakfast is only served on weekends. Due to this discrepancy, I cannot give a 5-star rating.“

„I had a very nice stay for my weekend skiing. Nice and large enough rooms, love for the detail, very nice owner and a restaurant close by with partially German kitchen. I had all I needed for a wonderful stay. I do not need to have my linen made every day, so this is also great to me. As i do not need a breakfast also this wasn't an issue, but there are opportunities for breakfast close by, and if not still in the ski Ressort. “

„Cabin was cozy and great, I wouldn’t really say pet friendly, pets are aloud but 500 fee if they happen to jump on furniture due to allergies of other guest, maybe just list as not pet friendly instead. We even left our dog behind due to the strict pet rules. Other than that stay was great cabin was nice. “

„Our friend group stayed over the weekend to tour Lake George and Johnsburg. The cabin was immaculate. The host graciously provided snacks, beverages, and several household supplies. They accommodated our every request and they communicated with us in an extremely prompt and warm manner. The highlights included the fire pit, the grill, the deck, the den, and the large living room. We obviously will come back.“
