„We (two couples) spent three nights here. The lake is beautiful and the stairs down to the lake are new and well-constructed. The house is really nice, with comfortable beds and pleasant bedrooms, an excellent common area leading to a pleasant porch. Backyard is a good space. Bathrooms and kitchens are well set up. The hosts are very nice and welcoming.“

„We used the property mostly for extra housing for family, so we did not take full advantage of the amenities. The property was nice. We are new to VRBO, so we did not realize that we would need to supply our own towels and linens. There was no a/c, Wi-Fi, or other electronics. This lack did not pose a problem. The days were warm, but the fans cooled off the bedrooms nicely. Overall, we would rent the property again should the family need arise.“

„This was our second stay at this property, and it did not disappoint! The location on Keuka Lake is fantastic—perfect for family of teenagers. The beach cottage was great for the boys and the expansive dock was a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the lake views. Be prepared for a lot of stairs though—it’s definitely a workout, and you’ll quickly learn not to forget anything on your trips down to the beach!The house itself was very well set up and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. ...

„La casa è grande, ben tenuta e molto ben fornita. La posizione è buona, anche se non ha accesso diretto al lago, comunque ha la vista sul lago. I soffitti al piano superiore sono molto bassi, ma per il resto non ci sono particolari difetti. C'è una grande tranquillità nei dintorni e la zona è molto bella. Ci siamo rilassati e divertiti durante il nostro soggiorno!“

„Great location a short walk from Keuka College's nice little beach head, where we swam, kayaked, and played games, and a quick drive to restaurants and shops in Penn Yan. Plenty of bed space for our 4 kiddos and some toys and games to keep them occupied. Clean and comfortable, and lots of helpful instructions for appliances and lights posted throughout the house. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again if we came back through!“

"Sehr schönes und sehr großes Zimmer mit toller Ausblick. Es gab einen Balkon mit gemütlichen Stühlen. Im Aufenthalt war sogar eine Flasche Wein enthalten. Leider war das Bett sehr durchgelegen und somit unbequem. Das Frühstück war recht klein und alles war abgepackt."
