« Adorable decor, comfortable beds, nice bathroom all with period fun references. Neighborhood walking distance to all historic parks and Seneca Falls sites. Owner very helpful and kind. They are doing a lot of work on the property which did not interfere with us at all, but it will be exciting to see what more they do with this really cool property. »

« This was a great place to have a family reunion. There is a nice big yard and a wonderful waterfront area. Having 6 bedrooms was helpful also. They are smaller than they look online but It worked out. »

« Our visit was perfect! The house was very comfortable, and the lawn and porch were perfect to spend most of our time outside and for our kids to run around/be in the lake. It was great to have so many ways to enjoy the lake with kayaks, paddleboards, etc. Victoria was super helpful and so responsive to any question. Highly recommend this property! »

« Rod and Carm were exceptional hosts! Very communicative, we got the run-down on where we’d be staying and all that would entail—their two dogs/greeters are so cute and friendly! Their property is beautiful and idyllic, a truly all-inclusive lake experience with kayaks and a dock, areas for dining on the deck or sitting and having coffee out on the dock over the water. The space where we stayed was clean and very comfortable for our stay—it had all the utilities we needed to accommodate our time...

« We could not have asked for a better stay! The apartment is beautiful! We felt like we were transported to the 1850’s, but with all the modern amenities you could hope for, including the most amazing walk-in rainfall shower! John and Sven were such gracious and accommodating hosts. They made some great recommendations, including Sauder’s, which was an amazing grocery store and market with delicious breakfast sandwiches. We can’t recommend the apartment highly enough! »

« Cool, quirky, large clean house, in a great location. Bring water shoes if you want to go in the lake. House needs a little TLC which the owner indicated they would address. My friends and family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front porch is a great spot to hangout and was very popular with our group. »

« Love the old homes with the super high ceilings! They have a lot of class and charm. Everything was in walking distance. Would highly recommend the Balloons restaurant, for their top notch service and food. If you want see the historical sites in town, check the sites online info. Some sites and restaurants have limited availability in the winter months. »

« We had a wonderful time at this house. It was perfect for families who want their own space but also have common areas to accommodate meals and fun together. The area was beautiful - lots to explore around the finger lakes. Host response was excellent and it was exactly as described. »
