„We didn't like the Check-in. It was very stressful because the Code we received via mail didn't work. It took 3 calls and 2 hours before someone could help us and we got a new code. We were tired and exhausted after a 10 hour flight and then all this stress that was really unnecessary. We liked the facilities in the room, espacially the kitchen. It was clean, you had a lot of space and you even got small kitchen utensils. “

„Beautiful views - the property is high up. The kitchen was nice to make some food at and had supplies. Check in instructions were clear. The place was clean as well. There is free parking on the street - just read the signs. One downside - The AC in the bedroom was pretty loud if you can’t sleep with loud noises. Quiet building though you can hear outside noises.“

„Ein an sich schönes Apartment in guter Lager mit lebendiger Umgebung. Leider war es nicht wirklich sauber: Fremde Haare zB in der Dusche, Essensreste im Kühlschrank, dreckige Arbeitsflächen… “

„We thought we rented the entire property, but was half of it. expect a lot of stairs. No bath tubs but two showers. some door knobs and locks need maintenance, but overall nice clean rooms.“

„Unser Aufenthalt war ein bisschen enttäuschend. Zunächst einmal hatten wir eine „echte“ Ferienwohnung erwartet und nicht eine normalerweise vom Eigentümer genutzte Wohnung. Auch dass die Wohnung insgesamt einen etwas heruntergekommenen Eindruck machte, war nicht so sehr das Problem, sondern eher, dass sie nicht ganz unseren Sauberkeitsstandards entsprach (das einzige Geschirr, das wir benutzt haben, waren 4 Gläser, und die mussten erst einmal gründlich gespült werden). Wir hatten die Wohnung ...

„We over all had a great stay. The apartment was clean and exactly what the pictures look like online and Eche was very good and easy to communicate with. There was easy access to the subway to get to New York City. I recommend if staying with children not to take the subway at night and not walk the area at night either. We took a Lyft at night and the subway during the day. Was a great trip for our first time to New York with the family. “

„I highly enjoyed my stay at this property. I came with my family so I really needed a place to accommodate all of our needs. And this place did not disappoint. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Although I am a native New Yorker, I no longer live in the city but come home frequently as a “tourist” lol. I think I’ve found my forever spot to stay on those trips. The host also has great communication and quick response time. If you’re looking for a place to book while visiting ...

„This was not what was shown for it to be. The couch was not as pictured it was a love set with terrible comfort only fit two people. The freezer in small fridge picture showed a full fridge the fire alarm did not have a battery in it no fire extinguisher in area. No towels for kitchen or hot pads or wash clothes for bathroom. Chairs and bench in dining room were terribly uncomfortable to sit on just plastic. Bars on windows doors for bedrooms had locks on inside. We had to spend 265.00 ...

„This place a marvelous!! Very nice and clean!! The scenery of nature that I experienced when waking up was very refreshing!!“

„Beautifully remodled home with all the added touches to help you disconnect from the busy city. Host was accomodating and attentive. Bedding was dreamy and towels were fluffy and fresh. Definitely five star accommodations. You must be physically fit to climb the stairs to the 4th floor. Do your research on the area surronding the home so that you can safely plan your trips home at night (car service). We are a mom and daughter (with lots of street smarts), so we made out just fine.“
