« What a wonderful stay we had at this Riverfront Cabin. The house needs a few updates, but a noisy AC unit was nothing compared to all the other cool things this place has to offer. The kids and I loved the pool, hot tub, sauna, hammock, fishing....the list goes on. Josh responded very quickly and was extremely helpful. We will be back next year! »

« The property was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and very presentable. I booked it for my graduation and couldn’t have picked a better spot. It’s centrally located near the airport, the MVP Arena, and the State Capitol. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re in town for a graduation at the MVP Arena! »

« We just got back from staying at Bellavista for a week, and be "we", I mean a very large family including infants, toddlers, kids, teenagers, uncles, aunts, and even grandma. In fact, we probably were slightly above the stated capacity of the house, but our hostess Laurie was very communicative and responsive. It was easy to work out with her ahead of time that the property could accommodate us. We had an absolute blast at this property. The pool / patio / screened in porch area is an ideal hang...

« The cabin was exactly what my daughter and I were looking for. Everything was clean, organized and family friendly. A bonus was the property connects to Bessie Woods and we were able to go for a hike on the trails without even having to leave the property. If you love quiet and the sounds of nature, this is the perfect place for you. We can’t wait to stay there again soon. »

« What a beautiful location on Kinderhook Lake. When you aren’t on the water, you will want to enjoy viewing the lake from the nice sized deck or from the dining table on the windowed porch. I traveled with my two young adult children and pup. The cottage was the perfect size for us. WiFi was great, one of us had to work a day while there. We kayaked every morning and evening, the provided kayaks were wonderful. There is plenty to explore on the 350 acre lake, saw bald eagles every day right near...

« Such a clean and tidy cottage that was decorated so cute. We felt at home. The property was conveniently located to SPAC and the Hosts were super friendly. Great stay! »

« This was the most amazing VRBO yet! The host was eager to help in any way possible, and was very easy to communicate with. The house itself was so comfortable and clean. The pool house was NEXT level! Our children and grandchildren were in that pool all day. The outdoor kitchen was magazine beautiful.
