„It was great“

„The hallway carpets need cleaning - stains everywhere. Vending machine on our flour was out of service. Orange juice at breakfast was warm. The room was adequate but not spectacular. Staff was excellent.“

„An "old" Motel in an up-to-date style. We enjoyed staying there. The room was nice, the bed good and the towels just perfect (first thing to check in a hotel). Check-in means receiving the room # and door lock code by email which did not work for me. But a quick phone call and everything was fine. The hotel is only a short walk from Main St, and everything (even Lisa G's restaurant) is in walking distance. “

„This place thrives on location being in the heart of Lake Placid and wonderful rooms. We had an issue with parking as the valet lot was full. They only had one working elevator, which are already slow and small and shared with the staff. We did find a "secret" elevator used to access the roof top bar. This looks to be a service elevator but it was quicker than the hotel elevator. The staff was ok, reminded me more of the back up team. Not what you expect from a Portfolio hotel at the price ...

„I enjoyed my stay. The room was beautifully remodeled, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is to add a microwave, which would make the room even more convenient.“

„zentral gelegen, nah zum hafen und restaurants“
