„Super clean, great water pressure in the shower, and plenty of room for 2 people. The hosts are lovely, great with communication and will likely greet you at check in. If you're looking for a quiet and private place for a long weekend, this is a great option. The town of Shokan is super tiny and has very few dining and/or grocery options, so you'd have to head to Woodstock, Kingston or Phoenicia for legit breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinking options, but all are just a 15-25 minute drive away. “

„I have stayed in many rentals and this was one of the best. It was very clean. Although small, it was as described in listing. The extra touches were appreciated with cookies and coffee/tea. Everything needed to cook was supplied. It was stocked with towels, body wash & shampoo. Despite the size, it had a washer/dryer too. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.“

The main downsides were the Wi-Fi—only one spot in the room had a reliable connection—and the room felt a bit sparse/not very cozy. I also wish there were a common lounge area to relax. The waterfall can be noisy at night. Overall, it felt a bit overpriced for the experience.“
