« This property was just right for us and our family. Coffee on the front porch in the mornings and cocktails while watching the sunset was just what we needed! The water entry is mucky, so I recommend bringing water shoes. We did a lot of floating on floats (which we brought), and enjoying the kayaks and paddle boards (which were provided). We had a great time! »

« We stayed at the house for 3 days - a reunion of 12 old friends (in every sense!) Our host could not have been more accomodating; the house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we could want. Lovely outdoor space and very spacious indoor space. We all had our own space and privacy too. I highly recommend this home. »

« Couldn’t have been more perfect. Spent a lot of time on the lake, which is only steps from the back patio. Rodney provides all the toys. And ending each night with a fire and Pac-Man tournaments was pretty incredible. We will be back! »

« We had 7 families with 15 siblings. Plenty of space! Love the patios and pool! Definitely worth the money! It’s seriously close to CDP. Maybe 6 minutes max! Matthew was great and easy to get ahold of. Lovely view from the front porch. »

« The house was perfect. We were in Cooperstown for a baseball tournament and wanted to stay somewhere that had stuff for everyone. Between the pool, fire pit, lake, and beautiful views we had it all! We will be back in 2 years for the same tournament and sincerely hope to stay at the same place. Additionally, the owners are incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. It was an excellent experience! - Maria Testa »

« Was a good experience. Everything in the cabin was nicely done, geat esthetics. Outdoor shower was fun to use. Bedding smelled fresh and clean. »

« The cabin felt secluded and comfortable. A perfect location to do things. Some what clean. Had cooking utensils needed for cooking. Easy to find, access and host was available if needed. »

« This was a wonderful place to stay, gorgeous location on a hilltop overlooking pastures with wild turkey and deer roaming by. Loved our stay. Only "complaint" was master bathroom never could get it to truly run anything approaching hot water, all my showers were below and approaching luke warm, I lived, but I would recommend a hot water pump if the hot water heaters are too far away. This would have bothered me far more if I had stayed in the winter than in the heat.One suggestion I would make...

« Plenty of room for multiple families. Very convenient location for All Star Village, about 5 minutes away. Great outdoor environment. Interior could use some upgrading, limited TVs and functionality. Overall great place and would recommend. »

« I had a great adventure even though I missed the fact the cabin's bathroom was a short walk away. I'm adaptable and the short walk was not a problem. »

« As advertised, this is a beautiful home in a very scenic setting. 20 mintues to Cooperstown Dreams Park was ideal for our visit. Check-in was super easy and host was very accomodating. Highly recommend staying here. »

« The property was excellent. The scenery was beautiful. The house was so inviting and cozy. And lets you get back into nature when you live in the city. »

« Clean, quaint, and perfect for our needs. The property manager is as communicative and flexible. We highly recommend and would stay in the future. »

« We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors! »

"I was really surprised by the charm of the motel with the lake and the view. The room is clean. When you enter the bathroom its like going back in the 80’s but its also clean and it kind of work with the rest of the place!! I’m happy we found that nice place to stay for the night. "

"Hôtel qui avait l’air vraiment miteux à notre arrivée par son look extérieur pratiquement en décomposition, mais nous avons été vraiment surpris car les chambres ont été complètement rénovées. D’après moi ils ont manqué de budget car il restait seulement le bain qui était vieux….lol tout était bien à part le fait que c’était très humide dans la chambre, les serviettes de douche ne séchaient pas entre les journées."
