I didn’t know it was a duplex before arriving. It was not a problem, but I wish I had known, as there were some shared spaces (the dock) and duties (garbage) I would have understood better. Wish we would have booked this property with warmer weather to have been able to really use the pool. Sitting outside at night we couldn’t figure out the lights that were near the stairs.
