Our Host Mark gave us a through understanding of all the interesting and delicious wine and port he is creating on the Rock Stream property. « Lovely cabin! But the deck, the view, the silence… were the winners! It just needed a lake to call it Walden. The kitchen could use some renovations. And the shower needs to be fixed, but overall lovely stay. One thing to be aware of, the surrounding areas before reaching the property are very unkept and destroyed. The games provided were fun too! We recommend it! »

« We chose this home because of the location to the nearby finger lakes wineries and Watkins Glen State Park. The rooms fit 27 guests comfortably (sharing rooms; twin trundle beds pop-up). For parking, there is only room for 10 cars, as stated in the description. I misunderstood thinking we could park additional cars in the lawn. The front lawn is down a bank, only accessible with AWD vehicles. Some of our guests had AWD so it wasn't an issue if someone manages the parking. The kitchen had a lot...

« The property is great!! We had 7 adults and 2 dogs and plenty of room!! I was very impressed with how clean everything was. The yard was great for the dogs. Also, having kayaks, etc. available for us to use saved the cost of renting. I highly recommend this property!! »

« Painted Quail is absolutely a five star. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is amazing, the view is spectacular and the finger lakes are a must see! Our weather was gorgeous and we had an absolutely wonderful 31st wedding anniversary. Will definitely be returning in the spring. »
