« We liked nothing about this property. Bug infested and the outside is horrendous. Still waiting on Expedia and Jungle House to provide a total refund. Expedia customer service is saying they are not receiving a response after several attempts to reach Jungle House. If this is the case, why is Expedia allowing a non-responsive property to be advertised on their platform and why is Expedia not doing right by its customer? We have used Expedia for years and booksat least 20-30 times per year but...

« Darling bungalow. Perfect location and outfitted with just about anything you might need. Great accommodation for a single person or family. »

« This condo is in the heart of the city but is pretty quiet and felt pretty safe. The owner did keep it well maintained and stocked with everything we needed. The bed and the couch were comfortable too. We were attending a convention and took the easy walk there and back every day (multiple times on a couple of days). It was about a 10 to 15 minute walk on level ground with lots of shops, restaurants, and bars along the way. »

« It's a great space at a great location at an amazing price. I did not like the very involved check in process (i had a dozen messages), continuous upselling and the surprise $300 security deposit or $50 insurance coverage. Take all that way and i would rave about the place and the deal. »

Mark was extremely responsive when we made a last-minute booking and was very accommodating in helping us get checked in smoothly.The house is very spacious and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated the little touches like laundry detergent and dishwasher pods being available.
