« It was a lovely stay at this apartment. The unit is spacious, well equipped and clean. You have everything you need which is absolutely wonderful. Very convenient location with just 5-min walk to the nearby shopping centre. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient. « It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. « What a charming cottage, clean, well furnished, and conveniently located just one block from the River Windrush and the local shops and restaurants. It's a perfect place from which to explore Bourton-on-the-Water. Just one hiccup -- the latch of the washing machine broke with out wet laundry still inside it -- but Dawn was nice enough to take our phone call after 9pm at night, and let us know where we could locate the appropriate tools, and even offered to have a repairman come in the morning....

« Super cute, like being in your own romantic little bubble in the countryside. We came to watch a friend do a parachute jump at the airfield for charity. It was the perfect place to stay for a night or two. Loved the BBQ, the view through the windows and the way the space was designed. So compact and yet everything was so considered and well designed. »
