« Such a beautiful and cozy home! There's an indoor pool! The living room has a fireplace, high celing, and comfortable couches. The downstairs bedrooms are dark and great for sleep. It was chilly when we were there and the heat was perfect. Amd theres an »

« For the location it is located it is a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and the beds and sheets were great. There is a restaurant on property so need to go far for something to eat. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely stay again. »

« My family and I enjoyed this great home over July 4 weekend. The property was wonderful to view from the large deck, whether it was coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. The kitchen was well-equipped and we all enjoyed the board games, cards, and game room in the basement, where we held multiple shuffleboard tournaments on a rainy day.The location was great too; we explored surrounding towns, hiked Kaaterskill Falls, and mountain-biked the nearby Belleayre Mountain trail...

« My husband and I very much enjoyed our week-long stay. We particularly loved having all the sliding doors and windows open in the master and main rooms to hear the water and enjoy the setting. Jetted tub was great. Fridge clean and empty and ready for us. Simple eats in and bigger meals at restaurants nearby, although kitchen ready for cooking. « Fantastic place - amazing location right on main street but it leads out back to a private yard with an amazing view of the mountains. Inside is set up with amazing places to hang out and relax. Fully renovated kitchen. Lots of attention to detail makes this a really lovely location, can't recommend enough. »

« Very quaint bungalow, feels like staying at grandma’s. Fun and quirky decor. I stayed here while my family was camping in Big Indian. We grabbed the bnb as a backup in case weather (or child) didn’t cooperate and were happy to have this as lovely home base. The sweet host reached out a couple of times to make sure all was well »

« Your home was built with incredible attention to detail and we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it! We appreciated being in the center of everything, yet having a beautiful and quiet backyard. The creek, firepit, and hot tub were all an added bonus that enhanced our stay greatly. Host was always available and accomodating for all our concerns too. Thanks for a memorable stay! »

« Cozy and rustic and very homey, we enjoyed our stay and morning coffees on the balconies. Kitchen very well-stocked for cooking. With power outage in the area and WiFi help, the host responded very quickly. »
