„We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed this spot! Everything was just like the photos. Clean, comfortable, quiet and a beautiful view. We enjoyed grilling food and spending time on the patio by the lake. If we had more time we would have explored the park next door. Maureen has everything you need and explains locations of local restaurants and local grocery stores in the materials she provides. I would note there is not an oven in the kitchen, just a stove top. We had a place to stay in Buffalo the night before we were coming to Rochester, late in the day they canceled on us and there were no hotel rooms. Carrie let us in early and kept us from being homeless several thousand miles away from home and with children. “

„A very clean and comfortable home. Plenty of space for my family (3 of us). Lots of extra towels, beach towels, blankets and kitchen supplies. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash being supplied was a nice touch. Practically across the street from Seabreeze and just a short walk (or drive) away from a beach. Neighborhood is quiet (other than the noise from Seabreeze which closes at 8pm). During our stay we were impacted by the poor air quality so we spent more time indoors than planned. ...

„Once again this Lakeside cottage is a great place in which to vacation!!“

„First off there is no AC int his place so beware of staying there in the summer like we did. The individual AC units they had did not work. They did not have many fans either. There was a musty smell in the house it was mold. The basement was filled with it. I am allergic to mold and know the smell vey well. I floors were very dirty not mopped. When we walked through the house in our bare feet everyone's feet were black, like we walked outside in the dirt. The downstairs toilet stopped working ...

„We were very surprised about the house, how big it is. There were enough places to sleep and it was also a very quiet location, as you would expect from country life. The communication with the landlord received a grade of 1++. The response was very quick and polite. The evening fire at the fireplace on the property (of course only with the landlord's permission) was also a very great and relaxing experience, the marshmellos were delicious.
