„The property sits in a very nice environment. Service was quite different by department. Breakfast service was great, personal customer oriented and very friendly. Reception desk at times confused. The bar closes at 11pm, that's ok, but having the area 5mins later cleared by security is competely overdone. As the area is so nice, the hotel is frequently used for weddings (4 weddings on one weekend!). That`s a stress for the staff and for the other guests. The quiet environment is not as quiet ...

„They didn’t have the room available after i paid the reservation!“

„The front desk staff was so patient. We had a large group and he placed our rooms in such a way that it even made remembering where we were so easy.“

„Liegt an einer vielbefahrenden Straße. Keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel verfügbar “

„This was our second stay and this time a little different than the first. Our body/hand wash was empty on the first night no big deal. We thought it would get filled the next day but fid not. Our beds were not really made the next dat either, just covers pulled up and dirty towels taken but not replaced. It is relatively clean and one lady we met in the elevator was very friendly and asked how our stay was. Overall I would return“

„The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay thanks to them! “
