« This was my 1st time to Lake Chautauqua and Rachel's cottage was such a great welcome for us to the area! It was exactly as listed and is fully stocked with all of the essentials, including bug spray which I didn't even think to bring. Super clean and comfortable. I traveled with my older parents and goldendoodle and everyone was very comfortable in the house. « We enjoyed staying here very much, we had warm weather and relaxed on the deck much of the time. Full sized bed did not fit 2 people but we were able to spread out. Nothing fancy about this place, no a/c but we managed fine with fans. »

« Incredible! The pics don’t do it justice. I spent so much time on the back porch listening to the water and watching the deer. The other cabin is not visible at all so you feel completely secluded. The house was spotlessly clean. It’s laid out perfectly and has everything you need. The steps to get to the loft (bedroom) are essentially a ladder so be warned if you have mobility issues. It was perfect for 2 people. Would probably be cramped with more than that. The local wine was a nice touch....
