« Extremely nice apartment. Well stocked kitchen with pots/pans/dishes, etc. Great outdoor space - deck and BBQ and large grass play area. Comfortable beds. Ceiling fans were great. About 30 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park where we went for a tournament. We have an electric vehicle and it was difficult to find charging in the area as it is not available at this property (110 plug). The rooms are very clean and well kept. The communication with Angie and CJ is excellent. They really do care about your comfort and concerns. The parking is fantastic. Cooperstown can be a parking nightmare. At the Hotel Pratt, nearly everything and place is easily walkable. Definitely recommend this! »

« I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway! « We had an incredible time staying at this property. It was exactly as listed and completely clean. Very scenic, quiet, but with fully reliable internet, power, and hot water. The fire place was functional and really added to our experience. The only knock would be that the location doesn't have many food options available, but the kitchen space is huge and there's a grill outside so we had no trouble making delicious meals. We stayed here 2 years ago, and when we knew we were going back to the area a second time, we immediately booked the property again.
