„This was a really fun, historic location. Communication with the host was excellent. I accidentally locked myself out of the house and they came to our rescue immediately. I also need to mention the number of towels! Haha We have traveled extensively and have never had so many towels avaliable. Sounds like a small thing, but it was really nice to have so many. The nearby water was beautiful and the neighborhood is very friendly. “

„Two couples looking for something different from the norm while in the area for a family wedding weekend trip. Can't say enough about how cool this place is. Kyle Ripley and his lovely family have created a unique, rural farm homestead. Besides the wonderful rental home you get a chance to tour the property and learn directly from the owner how it was created to be totally sustainable and "off the grid" while providing all the creature comforts you could want. „We had a such a wonderful time at the Appleton property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was very large, well decorated and made us feel at home. It was so nice to not live out of suitcase. It had all to conveniences of home, dishwasher, washer, dryer, large kitchen and two bathrooms. A very large family room, formal dining room and formal living room. The four bedrooms were very comfortable. We look forward to renting this property again when we are in the Appleton area. “

„Very quiet and very comfortable place to sleep! We enjoyed our wedding dress shopping trip to Appleton staying in this older remodeled home. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked! It was very close to downtown. “

„The location was nice as the yard overlooking the lake was really pretty and with a sandy beach. The king bed was comfortable and it was a great layout for a bit of bathroom privacy.“

„The house is decorated with very cool brewery memorabilia and clean. The host was easy to communicate with and left us a very cool welcome basket. We will book again next year. “

„We really enjoyed our off-season stay at this property. Plenty of room for our party of 4ad,2ch and dogs. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. We only wish we could take advantage of the beautiful yard/water view! Too snowy in Feb though. The dogs enjoyed the yard for sure.“

Nice hotel by the mall and close to the Interstate

"3 Star hotel located by the fox river mall (walking distance) and Interstate 43. - location is excellent Service is friendly and above average. The rooms are clean and the beds are great. The bathrooms are clean and relatively new. Breakfast is also above average imho. The pool and whirlpool are open again are quite nice. the only drawbacks: the price is quite high considering that there are many hotels nearby that we at least as nice and 20-30$ cheaper the parking lot is rather small and can fill up fast. if you arrive past 9pm you may need to ask at the desk where else u can park. "
