« Clean and nicely updated rooms. Staff were welcoming and very accommodating. The game room was in full order, unlike other hotels we've stayed at. Bathrooms were large and beds were comfortable. Other reviews said there was a language barrier, we did not experience this. yes the owners have an accent, but all staff spoke very good English. »

« Home is beautifully decorated, beds were very comfortable with lovely linens, and living spaces were filled with great seating and large tabletops for meals and crafts. Hot tub was a delight, very large and with great views of the lake - we watched the ice fisherman all day go on and off the lake. Towels were provided and with full laundry we could dry them after our time in the hot tub. « This location worked perfectly for family event at Camp Elsewhere. Comfortable interior, great amenities for exterior: private pier on small lake, canoe & paddleboat, 2 fire pits & grill. Screened porch. »

« My husband and I brought our 2 sons and each brought a friend. The place was well equipped with fun activities for the kids. They have bags/cornhole, kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, bikes and a huge lake to fish from. We ended our nights around the fire pit and then went inside to play games. There is a nearby public beach accessible by car, bike or walking. Needless to say - the boys were rarely on their phones and that was a huge bonus for us.The owners are wonderful and very responsive....
