Towels had dirt and black flakes on them. Hotel front desk tried to put us up on a Double bed room when we reserved a King Sized with jetted tub. They didn't know if one was available. Then, gave us a room with the king and no jetted tub. Then, we had to return and correct it to finally get the room we wanted....
