« A really nice room in a friendly hotel and a really good location. We had a really enjoyable stay. Fabulous breakfast. However, a few things would make this an exceptional hotel. There wasn't a safe in the room, given that the customers of the cafe below have access to the rooms' area for the toilets, this should be a must. There was nowhere to hang your clothes/coats etc, except for a coat stand. Some coat hangers would be useful. Lastly, there is no bespoke reception area. The cafe staff...

« Super funky hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are original and clean, the space is well organized. Self Check-in / Check-out is very quick and user friendly. Lockers, books and board games are available in the lobby (bonus). Enjoyed our stay very much! »
"This was my first time staying at the Nox Utrecht and while room 001 was large, you could hear everything in the lobby and slamming doors from the upper floors which even the provided earplugs don't block out. The window shades don't block out the light very well, and the chandelier has not been cleaned in ages (lots of accumulated dust and spiderwebs). I'll stay elsewhere my next time in Utrecht."
