Hotel Dimondale

« I had an issue with this hotel in the past where we asked for a late check-out to which we were granted, but the manager took it upon himself to then enter our room when I walked a load out... just as my wife was getting out of the shower. It was a whole big ordeal where I almost got the police involved and after this stay, I almost wish I had. It's been a few years since we've been to this location and it's under new management but I'll be damned if the same thing didn't happen this morning!...

« if your looking for a very comfortable room that is clean with a very friendly and welcoming family to welcome you in this is the place for you. Love the feel of staying in your grandmas guest room for the night. »

« The Ice machine was out of order. The bedside lights did not work. The toilet had to be flushed twice to get paper to go down. The tub had recently been replaced but no one took the manufacturers tab off it. The TV did not work. Breakfast was acceptable, clean and varied. »

« Check in took forever then we were assigned a room someone was already in .We had to go back down get another room after driving and being at the ball diamonds all day. Kids and adults were running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors till 1:15am didn't get no sleep horrible experience. »

« As soon as I got there I was greeted by Shalita a very nice woman and helped me with all my questions that I had when I arrived in my room it was very clean and felt like home »

« Not many amenities to speak of. Front desk clerk was so nice and friendly and helpful. Rooms not very clean. Beds were good. The police escorted someone out during the morning which was concerning. We checked out as soon as we could. »

« Quite an unsafe property. Had to check out a night earlier because of unsafe conditions. No amenities were provided. No WiFi, no room service and bugs in the room. »

« Very good communication with staff regarding late check in, clean room, many options for breakfast, the pool looks like a nice setup and it is a great stay for the money we paid. »

« Hair in shower area. Dirty washcloth still in shower. fridge shelf with spilled dried liquid. originally was assigned a room that did not exist b/c it was in an area that was being renovated. thankfully I didnt have to traipse all the way back from the 3rd floor to the desk to get the correct room b/c the person working, came to find me and told me the correct room, which was just around the corner. sheets seemed clean. nice hot water for shower. »

« Un endroit propre et sécuritaire. Les déjeuners sont bons,mais il pourrait avoir plus choix. Le personnel est accueillant. »

« Facility is older than I am used to at Holiday Inn Express. Lack of coffee maker in the room was disappointing. The coffee at the breakfast area was too weak. I had to then go looking for a coffee shop before driving out of town. Overall disappointing stay. »
