« Small error during the check-in process : on the number of nights of my stay and the fact that the room was already paid so they had to double-check twice. The room was quite spacious but may need a refresh. The food at the cafe (after 10pm) was very disappointing. The one at the chinese restaurant though was very good. « Very good location that offers plenty of shopping, dining options. The hotel and the rooms are luxurious and the service is great. One of the downside was that non-smoking floors still smells like cigarette with ash treys at the elevator hall. Also the swimming pool is not serviced by the hotel and other residents of the building can use it. Swimming cap was also required which the hotel did not inform us. »

« This excellent hotel is located near train station. There are public buses to the central walking street and flood control monument. Famous dumpling restaurant chain nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, well decorated, clean and warm. One of my best hotel experience in China, and for a very reasonable price too. I would stay here again if visiting Harbin. Staff speak English. »
