« The property is updated and clean. It's close to shopping and eateries. The only negative comment I have is that their website needs to update how to enter the apartment. Instead of stating to enter code and push door, tell patrons to enter door and turn knob while the button on the knob is still green. It was, honestly, a bit confusing. Other than that, everything was excellent! »

« We had another apartment booked, but 4 days before our holiday it became unavailable due to maintenance issues so we had alternative accommodation offered. On arrival there was beer bottles and rubbish all over the car park entrance. For 3 people in 2 bedrooms we had 1 coat hanger, we had iron but not ironing board, not hot water between 6pm and 8pm sometimes up to 9pm (probably used out by others in the building). « The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers. »
