« Condo was extremely dirty upon arrival. Sheets and towels stained, and floors were not clean. We found wet towels in the washing machine from the previous occupants. Had to rewash ourselves. 5 roaches crawled out from under the kitchen base cabinets. Coffee pot didn't work and kitchen accessories were a mess. Also were unable to open rear sliding glass door. « The condo was immaculate. The bed was amazing. Appliances brand new and high tech, had to Google how to use them. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Pool was nice and clean. Grounds were well maintained. If you are looking for a wonderful, peaceful great place to stay on the grounds of turtle bay this is a wonderful option! Exceeded expectations. I wish we could have stayed longer. »
