« A lovely one night stay. The pub is in a quiet village location, close to lots of interesting places in beautiful Dorset countryside. Our room was large, with an equally large bathroom. We ate in the pub in the evening. The menu choice was good, prices reasonable and the food was excellent. We had our breakfast served outside in the garden and, again, this was tasty, hot and really enjoyable. Thoroughly recommended. »

« Nous avons passé un week end à Oborne, en famille (4 enfants entre 4-14 ans). La campagne anglaise est magifique à cet endroit, l'hotel est un ancien manoir anglais avec un très joli jardin. Très bon acceuil. Seul regret nous avions 2 chambres avec douches (probablement handicapés) donc sans baignoires »

Aussi, la chambre est très petite -ce qui peut être ok car on y va pour dormir- mais sans endroit pour accrocher les vêtements. « We stayed here for a couple of nights on a short tour of the Jurassic Coast. The location is spectacular and you can almost step out onto the beach. There is a lovely bay window which you can sit in and watch the world go by listening to the sound of the waves. If only this had been a nice padded seat, I might not have wanted to leave. Parking is a bit of a problem in Lyme Regis but there was no noise from the restaurants below, which I thought might be a problem »
