« We had a wonderful time and were very well taken care of. There was an issue caused by Expedia during our stay which the hotel staff resolved with utmost thoughtfulness and professionalism. They booked us a separate hotel for a portion of our stay at no additional cost, transferred our bags and got us a gift. »

Hosts were available for any questions or needs and live on the ground floor of the property. Great for a business trip, couples stay or small family. « Only problem was trying to find where to check in!! You do not check in at the address on the website and there is nothing mentioned as to where to go. We had to ask at 4 places in the neighbourhood before someone could help us. Another couple checking in at the same time had the same problem. POST THE NAME OF THE HOTEL AND ADDRESS WHERE YOU CHECK IN!! »

"vue imprenable sur le lac et Lucerne, hotel très calme. Par contre aucun paravent dans la salle de bain et donc aucune intimité? pas de bon gout et surprenant ! Un bémol : le parking est payant , 15 chf par jour. Cela est inacceptable pour un tel hôtel , vu le prix des chambres "
