« The staff was superb. Bardo Hotel In was under construction while we were there, so the pool was not operational during our stay. The host was excellent. I want to go back when the Reno’s are done. « This is the best hotel we have ever been to. It is designed, built, and operated by the owner JC Espinoza, an accomplished architect for his clients. The view is simply phenomenal overlooking volcano Masaya which had a minor eruption on Dec 22, 2024. The hotel also overlooks lake Masaya, an old volcano crater. « We booked the upstairs apartment, which has two queen beds and a very spacious bedroom with a TV. It includes a kitchenette, a small fridge, a dining table, and a living room with a TV. The AC worked perfectly in the bedroom. Everything in the apartment was spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The apartment also has a big balcony with a distant but very nice view of the city, which was a pleasant bonus and a great place to relax. The staff was friendly...
