„The check-in process was so primitive. You have to fill out paperwork and they only accept cash deposit (no credit card). Who carries cash these days? The room has no towels until you request them, and when they arrived the towels were so bad. Dirty-looking towels with the edges falling apart. To me, this hotel should only cost US$35/night.“

„Beautiful Property, But Poorly Maintained The property itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, it feels abandoned and poorly maintained. The overall condition of the hotel gives the impression that proper preventive maintenance and housekeeping standards are not being consistently followed. „The hotel islocated in a very peaceful location. Having a car is highly advised as the resort is huge. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all very nice. The rooms were more than enough for one human being. Breakfast was plated but tasty. I highly recommend the milk fish. “

„I enjoyed my stay here greatly. I confidently say that there was nothing lacking with my time here, and it has one of the best views of Taal lake. The room, staff, food, and all amenities was exceptional. I’m so happy with choosing this location for my honeymoon.“

„With the amount of activities aimed at small kids, this is a wonderful and great resort to take the family for a weekend getaway. Their staff was very professional and attentive. Their breakfast was one of the better ones we’ve had, the variety of items were all prepared in perfection.“

„A different place to stay compare to other places.“

„Friendly and helpful staff“

„NEHEMEN SIE DIESES HOTEL AUS IHREN PROGRAMM ES IST STINKEND UND NICHTS FUNKTIONIERT DIE ART UND WEISE WIE DAS ZIMMER EINGERICHTET IST IS TOTAL UNINTERESSANT STAFF IST TOTAL UNINTERESSIERT UND UN TRAINIERT“

„Ok stay, but would probably not stay there again. Considered as 4 Star Hotel however I would rate it at most 3 star. Breakfast rather basic Philipino food - quality rather on the low end. The most disturbing thing was that they cleaned various rooms at 11 pm in the evening with an incredible noise. Also, they cut the grass around the pool area after midnight which was an enormous noise. Only after complaining they stopped so. I would for the same price you might get a better option in this town. ...
