« Our 1st room had bugs of some sort, the cover & sheets were stained & ripped. We told the front desk who then gave us another room. No bugs, but no shower curtain. We told front desk who then tried to hand ME a curtain to hang. I told him I'm not hanging it- it took hours for someone to come do it. No time to wait for them so the floor was soaking.The microwave cord was too short to reach to plug- so couldnt use the microwave. With all that being said- I am grateful we did not have to sleep...

« The room layout is great- 2 full size beds, pullout sofa, and a queen bed in a separate room. However, the sink is in the bathroom while many hotels have it just outside the bathroom, so 2 people can get ready at the same time. « The hotel is lovely. The check in process was challenging to say the least. For some reason the funds paid in advance to Expedia weren’t available for the hotel to charge. I was told many times by the front desk to not use Expedia to book rooms. They stated it happens all too often. In this instance I was on the phone with Expedia at 8:30 pm trying to find out why I couldn’t check in to my room after driving for many hours. It took about 45 minutes to get the issue resolved. « Beds were comfy but the room seemed somewhat in disrepair as did the property. Very loud highway noise and loud a/c in room. Coffee is good. Not worth what we paid for sure. »

« La piscine est fermée pour la saison. Nous avons choisi cet endroit justement pour la piscine. L'employé a simplement dit "désolé". On ne nous a rien offert en dédomagement. La sécheuse a linge ne fonctionnait pas. Rien n'indiquait qu'elle était brisée. On l'a su après avoir lavé notre linge. Le même employé m'a répondu " désolé". Tout notre linge était mouillé....on s'est rendu dans un lavoir à nos frais. Le service n'est pas très fort. Par contre c'est propre. »

« I had a horrible stay here at the Studio 6 Extended Stay in Fairfield OH . The room I stayed in reeked with such an order from a dirty carpet. The bed was lumpy and not comfortable at all. That bathroom had stains on the sink counter and in the tub. I went to Meijer to buy disinfectant wipes to wipe down the kitchen counters and desk. They were filthy.
