« Property was clean, neat and smelled very fresh and clean. Lobby and rooms! And I’m a picky hotel person. I was pleasantly surprised. We only stayed one night. We didn’t have the breakfast or use the pool but everything looked real nice. The bed was very comfortable as well. I slept so good. Will be staying here again in July! Thank you keep up the good work! »

« The staff were very friendly. One of the housekeepers asked if they could assist me when I was struggling with the luggage cart. They had e-mailed me there was a problem with the room I requested, so they made a reservation at a hotel nearby. I did not get the email. They made it right and we got the requested room. »

« I have stayed here many times. I will continue to do so. The room was super clean and the staff has always been very nice. It is close to Starbucks, Meijer, and many fast food places. The lovely town of Plainwell is minutes away and the neighborhoods are great to walk through. »
