„The House on Chase Creek is absolutely amazing! My husband and I are celebrating our 20th anniversary and I’ve been telling him about Shelter Island literally for almost 40 years. Well we finally made it and the trip, the home, the welcoming of my dog, was all so just so welcoming and nice. „At first it started off rocky. Thought I could check in at 3pm although I told them I would arrive around 5pm. That’s on me. Long story short 1st room I got was not serviced got the 2nd room real quick. Overall it gives you a college experience with the bathroom and showers outside the room. I enjoyed it. “

„Property was missing needed items and it took two days to get them(coffee maker). For the price you get what you’d expect. Older property with some updates needed. Everything worked but older appliances. “

„Kitchen is run down, counter tops faded, appliances out dated, cabinets laminate is peeling off and door hanging uneven. Bathroom is from the 60's and had mold. Temperature was very hard to stabilize, still have window AC units in all windows, which cause a huge draft in 15 degree weather. This is far from a luxury property and I was switched to this property and had tried to get a credit from what I originally rented and did not hear back from anyone. “

„Very clean and staff was on point. Had full stock of coffee, extra linens, and all the necessary items. There was an understandable issue, but was taken care of instantly! View and surrounding area awesome!!! Will be back in the future god willing.🙏👍“
