« Super cool decor. Felt like I was in a Wes Anderson movie. Front desk attendant asked how my stay was. After answering her, I explained a problem I had had at a competitor on the far side of town the night before. This attendant responded by thanking me for staying with them & provided free drink coupons. After not even getting an apology from the previous hotel, this said a lot about how they value their guests. I was really impressed! »

« The walls and floors are a little thin, so can hear when people walk around above and below, and front door frame has gap, so alot of corridor noise when other patrons go in and out. The gap is noticeable because the thin beam of light enters the room. Think better spacing between guests should be thought of especially during non peak seasons when giests are few and far between. . »
