Hotel it self is ok.
What matters are the people and there is a big difference.
Start with the shuttle from the Airport. Big shuttle bus, quite often. Our first driver, man well built, sat in the drivers seat and we had to arrange our baggage. Due inexperience some of the baggage what upright on their wheels and had a wild tour by rolling all over the place.
On the return a compete different scenario. This time, the driver was a young, slim, blonde lady. She took the time, helped and arranged everyones baggage in a clever manner. There was no wild tour of the baggage this time. And after arrival she helped to unload everyones baggage! That is service and I am really wondering, why a slim lady is more capable of hard work than her male counterpart?
Service at the desk. Nothing special. Didn‘t greet by name, fast checkin, no goodbye. Very straightforward and not personal.
Service at the „bar/seating“ area. Table was still sticky from prior guests. Waitress took time to take the order. Other guest went straight to the bar for ordering after a long waiting time. When drinks were served spilling of one drink. Not very conviced for that price.
Room itself:
Room was ok. Main reason we booked the room was to be rested before the flight next day. Unfortunately the bed mattress was very worn and there was a dip in the middle of the king size bed. Wasn‘t quite enjoyable. On the other side there was a bath tub and the water had a good pressure and was hot.
