There as soon as you leave the room itself it feels a bit dirty and worn down. The doors and walls in the hallway have bumps and scratches. The carpet is torn and has stains. „The house was located about a mile from Duck Village which was perfect. It also was super close to the pool and a decent walk to the beach. The cons were that the backyard was overrun with shrubs and weeds and therefore not useable for pets or small children. The deck is not in good shape and the railing is loose. It was not ideal for small children and everyone had to wear shoes at all times due to blisters. The AC was not working on day 1-3 but was eventually fixed. The dishwasher was broken ...

„A couple of things: we called ina problem with the water and ice in the fridge. This issue was checked but never resolved (for us). Also a short in the wiring of the ceiling light in the back left-hand bedroom, along with the fire alarm there. Another thing: the backstop behind the kitchen sink in coming off the wall. Need re- glueing or re-setting. Finally, you need a dustpan for the broom, somewhere in the huose.Rest all lovely.“

"We had an outstanding stay. The resort itself and the area is just perfect for a timeout from everyday stress! Loved the hospitality of the team: Amanda, Sterling and Justin - a great trio that is always making sure, everybody is happy :). Issues were taken care of quickly, professionally and super friendly. We had a unit with ocean view, which was amazing. The unit itself was clean and light. The kitchen furniture is a little outdated, but has everything you need for a comfy stay. The rest of the unit had nice modern furniture. Very much room and a spectacular view! Will definitely come back again in the future."
