« Our experience was fine, I did not like the fact that they asked us to take the trash out, and there was not a trash can close, so my boyfriend had to walk around 10 minutes trying to find it. I think this should be included in the cleaning fee. The room was “clean” but if you’re allergic to dust, this is not a good place to come because the windows had dust, and some lamps. « Overall enjoyable. They seem pretty understaffed for the size of the place. The staff I interacted with was cordial. If you stay more than a couple of days you will have to go to the laundry exchange to get linen. A text is sent to your phone asking if you have any issues or concerns. I had an issue of the smell of marijuana coming through the bathroom vents 3 or 4 nights. I reached out about it but did not get a response. A lot of stains on sitting furniture.
