„We literally walked into the room, walked back out and demanded a refund. Which was granted. The room was in bad condition, it was pretty ran down, hair everywhere, stains on the walls, the blinds were chewed up obviously by a pet. This hotel was very impoverished. You can hear other guest TV and conversations in the room, didn’t feel safe. I do not recommend, they really need to invest into this property.“

„It was clean. It was well located within the city even if it is beside the highway. It is incredibly noisy and after being woken up multiple times despite exhaustion, a sound machine, and a second ambient noise machine, I asked to be moved and considered myself lucky to be moved to the other side of the building on a low floor. I really should have just left. There is no elevator, no laundry, no coffee machine in the room. Items were not necessarily cleaned and I found old fruit in a bowl left ...

„Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The elevator was not working throughout the weekend, and there was no internet service available. The property also had a strong smoke odor, which made the environment uncomfortable. Upon arrival, I found the overall cleanliness and condition of the property below my expectations. Due to these issues, I decided not to check in and stayed elsewhere. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.“

„There is no staff on-site. Check-in and property access is via text and a code box. The code did not work for me, even with multiple attempts and variations. Once in the room, a key fob will let you get into the building with no problem. This property is a maze of short corridors and fire doors. There are elevators, but you won't know where it will take you. I walked a looong way to find my room. The stairwells are unfinished concrete. Some exits will take you through what looks like a concrete ...

„Awesome stay on the Outer Banks! Very clean appartement with ocean view, everything was good and the appartement had all one could ask for. Specisl mentioning deserves the gully equiped kitchen and the wonderful welcome package. Staff was super friendly especially in the evening st the checkin at the security gate and in tge office at checkout“
