« We have stayed in many CBTS units and many leave little to be desired but we loved this condo. This was clean, modern and i was pleasantly surprised to see a stocked spice cabinet! The bed linens from the housekeeper were soft. The kids loved the bunk beds and the very large collection of DVDs- we didn’t use Netflix all week! We had a wonderful stay. »

« The view of the ocean was stunning. The balcony was a great place to relax and watch the waves. Being so close to the beach was convenient and enabled us to enjoy 4th of July from the balcony. Beautiful condo! »

« Our family of four had a wonderful time! We loved the beautiful view of the ocean from the deck and how quickly we could be out on the beach ourselves. The condo is so close and convenient to all the shops and restaurants in Duck that it made us wish we thought to rent bikes to get around. Thanks for helping us make wonderful memories! »

« Wonderful property and excellent host. Everything has been updated and is in great shape. Very clean and host is very attentive. Property is on the beach with easy beach access right by the pool. Bonus restroom on the property right by the beach access which is very nice. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need if you want to cook. Would definitely recommend to our friends. »

« From the minute we booked we knew that Tracey and David were fantastic hosts! They were quick to respond to any questions and communications were timely and clear. We were able to arrive early before check in time and Tracey graciously gave us early access to the condo. The condo was incredibly clean and very well stocked. « We had a great week! We rate the overall experience Excellent as far as communication, check-in and location (can't beat steps away from the beach with an ocean view!). When we walked in, it was noticeable that the cleaning crew rushed through, leaving some sand on the floor and crumbs on the table and counters. Nothing we couldn't wipe up quickly. Like I said, overall, we had a great time and the property was perfect for our family stay. »

« Beautiful property located just on the outskirt of the Town of Duck. A short walk down to the pier/dock sound side and not much of a longer walk to the oceanfront.
