« Honestly we were impressed! Very nice, very new, very clean, very private! The owners were super easy to communicate with and even give a great walk-around/instructional video explaining the place before you check in! Private road with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Also very close to local coffee shops and restaurants. Apartment was clean and comfortable, while you have tons of outdoor space with a pool and hot tub for a relaxing day! »

« We had a short 3 night stay and the location right next to all the good restaurants in Duck was awesome. The upgrades to the property are very nice. Just a short walk to the ocean and amazing views of the ocean from the property. Wonderful experience with the host as well, she was very communicative and accommodating. »

« Loved being right at the beach, but still having the close proximity of shopping and restaurants. The condo was beautiful and the host was very welcoming. Was a wonderful trip, will definitely visit again! »

« Had a wonderful time at this perfect beach condo. Check in process was flawless, the condo was immaculate and so comfortable on the top floor with a great view. « This was a perfect place with three teenage kids and a Golden! The Sound offered water play and Sunsets like we’ve never seen before. The closed in sun porch quickly became a reading room. My husband and I enjoyed the running/ waking part across the street. Our three teenage kids were very comfortable with the space. As were my husband and I. »

« This is my second time at this property. Stayed here with my adult daughter at the beginning of summer and I liked it so much I came back myself for the end of summer! Great location right on the beach, watch the sun rise over the Atlantic from the deck. Clean and well stocked, cute property close to lots of restaurants and activities. Can’t beat it! »

« The condo was nice - good furniture and kitchen supplies were more than adequate. I liked the side porch which other condos may not have at Colony by the Sea. The only bummer was internet access. It seems that the access is shared by everyone at the condo development and therefore is not secure. In addition, I had to log in every time I wanted to get on the net, check email. etc. That was a pain. Otherwise great experience. »
