Our stay here ended up being a nightmare. Where do I even begin?
First, the parking space they give you is literally occupied by overgrown bushes/trees and if you try to park there, you will scratch your car up
The air conditioner is in the hallway and only really cools the hallway, so you need to leave the bedroom doors open to get even a *bit* of cool air in the bedroom (which isn't much)
The electric stovetop/heating element didn't work so we couldn't cook anything which wasn't microwavable (which did work)
Both the sink and the bathtub would not drain, so we had to wait hours (for the sink) and about 30-45 minutes (for the tub) to drain and if we needed to shower, we had to shower in dirty water.
There wasn't really a kitchen, just a room with a microwave, non-functioning stove top and fridge, and the bathroom sink or bathtub or bidet (yes, the bidet!) is where you had to wash your clothes, hands or dishes since the sink and bathtub were stopped-up most the time (as mentioned above).
The host's communication with charitably bare to non-existent and NONE of the 4 issues I mentioned (the parking, the sink, the tub, the electric stove) were fixed by the host when left, despite pleading with them.
Because of all this, I requested a refund of half of a day for every day which the issues weren't fixed, but instead they gave me about 1/4 of a refund. Despicable.
We also saw a single roach while we were there, but not sure if it was a one-off or not.
STAY AWAY!
