Our family loved the large deck overlooking the lake, it was a great place to relax and enjoy the day. We spent time down on the dock at the water and swam a bit with the temps on the 90's. It is very close to Watkins Glen and a bunch of wineries.
The cabin is amazing. You can tell that the owners value their property and put a lot of thought into making your stay enjoyable.Only thing I will say is that the hot tub needs to be cleaned properly. Other than that, fantastic stay!
Perfect for a couple seeking peace quiet in a gorgeous location.
We stayed in early June and it was very quiet and private. Perfect for a couple! Not a place for partying, large families etc as neighbors are within hearing distance. This is a luxe cabin with every comfort and many homey details. Much better than the photos. Located on a low cliff with a steep gravel path to the beautiful waterfront. I have mobility issues but could enjoy the woodsy walk up and down. We hope to return for a longer stay. Don't miss the Tabora winery; skip Glenora. The Mennonite grocery store just outsideDundee is fantastic for produce, meat and more.
This property was really cozy and inviting. The deck is amazing, and the hot tub was really appreciated as the weather was chilly and cloudy, so it added a little warmth. The owners have really thought of everything, and there were some nice extra touches (doggie bags, well stocked kitchen, very nice bedding/pillows, etc.). We would love to stay again, just hope for better weather next time!
The cabin was a perfect cozy fit for our family of five. The three kids (6, 9, 11) took the king bed leaving the queen for mom and dad. There were thoughtful conveniences throughout and we found everything we needed. The deck and view are superb. The cabin is very pet friendlyâŠbut we didnât bring pets. If youâre allergic, think twice.
